Tournaments 2019

Welcome to the Swanage Classic Kayak Fishing Tournament page.

Who can enter?

The Tournament is open to all who fish from a kayak, regardless of manufacturer, all kayaks must be self propelled unless the kayak fisherperson has a disability which does not allow this, please include a note with your entry form should this be the case.

All competitors must be over the age of 18 on the day of the tournament or accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Please read the rules as there are some very important changes to previous years.

Entry Form

Entry forms are now available via this link. No need to send them to us this year.

But it will speed up registration if you could print off, fill out and bring along with you to registration on the 20th May.

The Entry Fee this year is £15 the entry covers insurance for the event and 3rd party insurance for you during the event, plus any other expenses incurred by AnglersAfloat, all monies left over will be donated to the RNLI, this is a non profit making tournament.

Camping

So you want to enter the event but where will everyone be staying. the majority of us will be camping at Herson Leisure the same as previous years.

Local Tackle and Bait

Swanage Tackle is a short walk from the launch site, if you need bait then I would order in advance, they are well stocked with all those bits and pieces that you may have left at home, call Martin on 01929 424989

Saturday the 20th May, we hope to see you and your family at Prince Albert Gardens where we will be based for the tournament, parking is available at the top of the gardens. Parking can be paid by mobile if you don't have any change on the day.
